General Payment information

    Hosting
    All billing is handled by our automated billing system. Your chosen payment type will be automatically debited based on your billing period. Billing periods are chosen / assigned when you sign up for your hosting account. You may change your billing period via your hosting control panel.
    A new billing period starts:

    • on activating paid account
    • on resuming suspended account
    • on switching to another plan
    • on switching to another billing period

    A billing period closes:

    • on quitting hosting
    • on account suspension
    • on switching to another plan
    • on switching to another billing period

If you have chosen to recieve email invoices via your control panel our system will send you an invoice listing all charges at the time of billing.

Security
All payments are processed using a 128 bit SSL connection for your security.

Other Services
All other services are billed immediately upon final approval by customer.

Billing inquiries
Please e-mail billing@alldatabydesign.com with your admin login [not your password], domain name and state what package or service it is. If you are a reseller , please specify this.

Canceling any service?
Send an email to billing@alldatabydesign.com with your domain name in the subject line and include any pertinent information so that we may locate your account information in order to avoid any possible delays. We will then confirm with you via e-mail to the primary account that is registered with us. If this is not updated, then we must confirm via voice. We will also require that you send us a fax as this is an additional security feature.

Declined Credit Cards
In the event payment is denied there will be a $10.00 service charge added your outstanding balance. You will be notified by e-mail at the e-mail address listed in your billing profile that your card has been declined and will be given 24 hours to bring your account current. If after 24 hours we have had no response from you and payment has not been received, all services will be suspended until payment is received.

Refund Policy
All virtual Web hosting plans, including E-commerce, offer a 30-day money back Guarantee with exception of the administration fee [set up fee]. This is a "no questions asked" policy and the refund will be issued via company check within 24 hours of your request. This policy refers only to virtual hosting services and we advise clientele to please review their contract for services pertaining to dedicated, co-location, managed, complex and extended solutions for further information regarding this policy.

Any other refund requests must be forwarded to our billing department with your account name (domain name) and a contact name and number where we can reach you, in order to start the confirmation process. This is the only way to initiate this process. Depending on your agreement, any service that is not virtual would be pro-rated upon cancellation, however, if your service contract states differently then that policy will apply.

Who shall I contact regarding the billing for my domain names?
Any issue of this sort will be directed to an account manager who will handle your inquiry.
For domain names registered through our web site or through our reseller web sites, please contact domains@alldatabydesign.com with any questions that you may have if not already covered in our FAQs. From here we can direct you to the registrar's site www.opensrs.com should you need any support regarding domain name conflicts/disputes.

If you have any other general questions, our live help will gladly assist you with your questions/concerns. Billing of your domain name will be recurring on the credit card with which you had initiated the registration. If you wish to change billing information and frequency, please contact domains@alldatabydesign.com .
