Still photographs:
I provide still photographs of the immediate area surrounding the view(s) purchased taken during the shoot, free of charge. Edited versions of the free stills as well as other pictures taken during the shoot may be available for purchase at GulfPhotography.com.

All still photographs are taken with a high quality digital camera and saved to a low compression .jpg format, approx. 2048 px. by 1536 px .

Re-shoot(s)
You will have 3 business days from the time I post your virtual tour(s), still photograph(s) for review to request a re-shoot. After which time re-shoot requests will be billable at the normal rate.
I will re-shoot once at no charge if you are not happy with the quality of the View / still photograph and **your request is recieved in a timely manner. Subsequent re-shoots will be subject to the fees listed herein. Re-shoots of free stills that were included with the purchase of a virtual tour(s) will be billed at the normal rate.

Image Editing:
Comprehensive digital editing services - including photo repair, compositional editing, restoration and digital "photo-to-fine art" treatments of extraordinary quality at an affordable price, only $20 per hour.

Virtual Tours and still photographs will be posted to a private website for your review within 48 hours of the shoot. **Please email or call with a list of your choices within 3 business days. Upon receipt of payment the still photographs and virtual tours chosen will be posted to your website or made available for download.

Upon Request Virtual Tours and or Still Photographs can be burned to a CDROM for a fee of $10 per CDROM.
A CDROM will hold 750mb of data which is equivalent to approx. 370 still photographs or 2000 virtual tours.

Unless specifically requested in advance Virtual Tour Views and still photograph locations will be chosen at my discretion.

You agree to purchase views / still photographs you specifically request.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

**You must choose the views / still photographs you wish to purchase within 3 business days of them being posted for your review. If after 3 business days you have not chosen, you will be billed for all views / still photographs taken.

Glossary of Terms used when dealing with virtual tours / photography:

• Basic View – Consists of 2, 185° images joined together to form 1, 360 ° image.
• Custom View – Basic view image(s) edited to show areas that would otherwise be improperly exposed, for example windows and doors with bright sunlight.
• Virtual Tour – 3 Views of one Location in one shoot
• Location – Property or area with one street address. A condo complex is considered one Location even though it contains many units.
• Home – A single residential dwelling with it's own street address.
• Still Photograph – A High quality image approx. 2048 px. X 1536 px., 1.5 mb. in size.
• Shoot – Photo session beginning when I arrive at the property and ending when I leave.
• Re-shoot – While I do my best to get the shot the first time, there may be times when you would like me to try again or digitally correct a view. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
• Image Editing –Digitally manipulate an image to enhance or change its original appearance.
• Px. – Pixel; the smallest unit of an image. Short for Picture Element, a pixel is a single point in a graphic image. Graphics monitors display pictures by dividing the display screen into thousands (or millions) of pixels, arranged in rows and columns. The pixels are so close together that they appear connected.
• Mb. – Megabyte = 1,000,000 or 1,048,576 bytes of data.
